In the Accelerator, Moonshot developed a risk analytics solution for insurance companies, using data on online threats from social media to assess the risk of terror, organised crime, and violence in the US. The solution provides an overall and a daily risk score for locations across the US, quantifying the likelihood that threats of violence online will translate into violence against people or property in the real world.
