GIN have teamed up with Dive In Festival, Lloyd's Gender Community, WTW, Tysers, Arch Insurance International, Everest and WeAreTheCity for this year’s International Women’s Day. 

We’ll explore empowering topics such as breaking ‘glass ceilings’, seizing new opportunities at any stage in your career and overcoming imposter syndrome. We’ll also focus on how we're all responsible for creating an inclusive industry where anybody can thrive, whilst managing barriers at different points of their lives. Together, we will recognise the importance of allies and the strength we gain from unity.

Keynote speaker

We’re thrilled to have Anna Whitehouse, also known as ‘Mother Pukka’, join us as our keynote speaker. Anna was recently named number 10 in the 50 most influential women list by The Independent.  Anna launched the ‘Flex Appeal’ campaign in 2015 to challenge outdated and inflexible working practices that disproportionately affect women. Anna’s campaign has evolved into a nationwide movement, culminating in a historic victory in 2024 when the Flexible Working Bill was passed into UK law. She’s also a Sunday Times best-selling author, weekly Radio show and podcast host, as well as a regular contributor to UK national newspapers including The Times, The Guardian and The Daily Mail.
