Would you be interested in attending an Insight Week at Lloyd's this summer?

Our first programme was launched in September 2013 and is particularly relevant to school leavers who are keen to pursue a career in insurance and eager to start work without a university education experience.

The programme gives school leavers the opportunity to begin their career in one of the world’s best-known organisations. Our 15-month Apprenticeship programmes is designed to empower you to progress in the world of specialist insurance. As you rotate across the business, you’ll gain a 360° perspective into what life is like at Lloyd’s. On the Insurance programme, you could be investigating emerging risks, on the Marketing programme you could be shaping our messaging, on the Finance programme you could be looking at how our business is funded and on the HR programme, you could learn to build and develop top performing talent.

Aimed at students who want to start working after their A-Levels or equivalent, the programme combines employment with the achievement of a level 3 Insurance Practitioner Apprenticeship, as well as an internationally recognised professional qualification with the Chartered Insurance Institute.

You’ll follow a structured programme with regular reviews, and will need to manage your time well to achieve excellent results in the timescales available.

Applications for the 2019 Apprenticeship Programme will open in January 2019. Please keep an eye on this page for further information.
