Lloyd’s Advance, our programme developing future female leaders, provides access to experts, role models and on-going networking opportunities aimed at supporting their future careers within the Corporation and the market.
The initiative is part of our ongoing commitment to closing the gender pay gap and increasing the number of senior female leaders.
The development programme runs for six months, starting in July 2019, with a cohort of 15 women.
The application process for the programme will end on May 31. Applications need to be made for prospective candidates by their line managers.
