The Lloyd’s Military Insight Day for Spouses is designed to introduce military spouses and partners to the wide range of career opportunities available within the insurance industry and the Lloyd’s market. Hosted at Lloyd’s in London, the session will provide attendees with an overview of the industry, insights into different career pathways, and the opportunity to hear directly from professionals who have successfully transitioned into insurance from military-connected backgrounds.
The event will include introductions to areas such as broking, underwriting, claims, operations, project management, cyber and risk management, alongside discussions on transferable skills and career development opportunities. Attendees will also have the chance to ask questions, build connections, and gain a better understanding of how the Lloyd’s market supports the Armed Forces community and military families.
Places are limited, and early registration is encouraged. Following the session, attendees are invited to join a networking lunch, offering a valuable opportunity to meet and connect with leaders from across the industry in an informal setting.
The session forms part of the wider work of the Lloyd’s Military Network, which supports service leavers, reservists, veterans, and military families as they transition into civilian careers.
