If you urgently need to make a claim, you should – where possible – firstly seek out the nominated claims agent in your documents of insurance and contact them yourself or seek the assistance of your insurance agent.

If your insurance agent is unavailable, or if you don't have access to your policy, you can contact us.

Please be aware that this is not a claims processing centre and we will not be able to confirm policy coverage. However, depending on how much information you can provide we will seek to assist you and endeavour to put you in touch with the correct parties to handle claims.
