The license hub provides access to asset holding data agreement, links to asset holding data systems, Lloyd's guidance and instructions, and information on permitted data usage.

Asset holding data agreement

The asset holding data agreement is a legal agreement between the managing agent and the society of Lloyd’s governing the processing and use of data via the asset holding data systems and access and use of certain asset holding data systems (including investment café). In practice this agreement covers the data that you or your approved third party data provider provides to Lloyd’s, and the overseas trust fund data that Lloyd’s provide back to you as a managing agent. This agreement will replace equivalent legal terms covered  in the CMR agreement in relation to the QAD return.

Instructions

Managing Agents where third party data providers are providing syndicate holding data are required to Attest to the completeness of their data. Attestation refers to the quarterly attestation process on Investment Café. The respective MA representatives who have access to Investment café will click-accept terms each time they log in.

Managing Agents that fall outside the scope of this solution, are Managing Agents providing data directly to Lloyd’s. Managing Agents providing data directly to Lloyd’s or via Aladdin-to-Aladdin will be required to sign the agreement electronically or by physically signing the document.

MAs will need to return a signed copy of the agreement either via e mail (by return, or to the LTIM Data Ops mailbox LTIMDataOperations@lloyds.com or through SecureShare,

Only Managing Agents (MAs) may complete and sign the agreement. The legal entity details provided must relate to a valid MA entity and not an affiliate. The agreement must be signed without amendment.

Accept via Investment Café: As soon as testing is complete, the user guide and procedures for log in will be distributed to appropriate MAs and a link to the same will be available below.
