Burnout from workplace stress is at an all-time high since lockdown, so it's never been more important to check in with ourselves.
To recognise International Men’s Day this November, GIN are hosting a session with James Pickle on his lived experience of stress related burnout, tips to spot the early warning signs and how to seek support.
