International Men’s Day

About this event

Burnout from workplace stress is at an all-time high since lockdown, so it's never been more important to check in with ourselves.

To recognise International Men’s Day this November, GIN are hosting a session with James Pickle on his lived experience of stress related burnout, tips to spot the early warning signs and how to seek support.

They hope by the end of this session you will take away:

  • A lived experience of stress related burnout
  • Tips on how to spot the early warning signs of unhealthy pressure in ourselves and others and what do about it
  • Support vs solutions – what’s the difference & how to start a conversation
  • Signposting – what kind of help is available and how can we access it?
  • When’s the best time to seek support?
