Access for registered users


What is ATLAS?

ATLAS is a secure web-based system that will act as an electronic filing and online application system for coverholders and service companies.

ATLAS deals with three main areas:

  • New coverholder applications, including branch and service company applications.
  • Changes to coverholder permissions that are applied centrally by Lloyd's.
  • Annual compliance data that can be made available to all interested managing agents and brokers.

It is only this compliance and permission-based data that is held on the system. ATLAS does not collect any data on individual contracts or policies.

Access to ATLAS

New managing agents & brokers

Where a new managing agent or broker has been set up, a minimum of two Devolved Administrators is required to manage the company’s own ATLAS profile. To request Devolved Administrator access, please click the “Submit Request” link below. For Broker or Managing Agent user access requests, please contact your Devolved Administrator. Lloyd’s does not provide this access, as it is managed locally by your organisation’s Devolved Administrator.

Coverholders

Where individuals require Coverholder access to Atlas, please click the “Atlas Coverholder Access” link below. Please note that Market Support access is a prerequisite for Atlas Coverholder access. If you do not already have Market Support access, please first register for an account using the “Identity Access” link below. Once your Identity Access account has been established, you can then submit your request for Atlas Coverholder access.

Auditors

Where an auditor requires access to ATLAS, please email us with the email addresses of the individuals who require access and the coverholder name and PIN they require access to.
