Duncan Dale has worked in the Lloyd’s market since 1989 and became a Lloyd’s member in 2014. He is the Founder and Chief Executive Officer of Dale Underwriting Partners and a Board member and Executive Committee Chair of Dale Partners Group Limited. He led Syndicate 1729 as Chief Executive and Active Underwriter from 2013 to 2021 and previously held a range of senior leadership positions at Amlin, including Managing Director of Amlin London and Head of Property and Casualty. Over the course of his career, he has worked across underwriting and claims and has extensive experience navigating multiple market cycles.
Duncan is currently a Board Member of the Lloyd’s Market Association.
