Insight Weeks at Lloyd’s

Applications for our 2024 Insight Week are now closed.

We will deliver the programme in partnership with the Step Up with WTW programme. Join colleagues from across Lloyds and WTW for a week of face-to-face workshops and networking, delving into the insurance industry.

The programme will run from Tuesday 23rd July to Friday 26th July 2024.

The programmes are aimed at GCSE and A-Level students, to experience the working environment of two global businesses throughout the week, gaining an insight into career opportunities within Lloyd’s and WTW.

Please note the Insight Week and Step Up with WTW will take place in London and attendance is mandatory for the four days. You must be able to travel into London as we are not providing accommodation expenses.

What’s involved?

During the week you will undertake a number of workshops, including:

  • Introduction to the Insurance industry
  • Personal development workshops
  • Introduction to Broking and Underwriting
  • Meet our current graduates and apprentices
  • Introduction to data
  • CV and interview hints and tips
