Release Update
Version 7.1 of the Open Market QA Tool checks and corresponding rules for Wordsensa QA went live on 1 September 2017.

  • How does the Open Market QA Tool work?

Using the drop-down boxes, select the criteria relevant to the contract you are checking. You will need to make selections from all the drop-down boxes: this is to ensure that you are provided with all relevant requirements.

If the class of business you require is not listed use the 'Risk Code & Class of Business Mapping' spreadsheet available in the ‘Downloads’ section below.

If you have trouble working out the location of a risk or need to find out how to handle a multi-jurisdiction policy please refer to

    Establishing Risk Location.

Once you submit your selection you will be provided with a complete set of requirements applicable to your contract (link opens in a new window).
