Welcome back to the Lloyd’s building

Latest guidance on accessing the Underwriting Room

We’re looking forward to welcoming you back to the Lloyd’s building following the easing of COVID-19 restrictions.

The health, safety and wellbeing of everybody who uses the Lloyd’s building remains our number one priority. For those accessing the Underwriting Room and surrounding spaces, the Lloyd’s building remains COVID-secure.

Our enhanced health and safety measures remain in place

  • Each cubic inch of air emitted by our central air conditioning is purified by the REME Halo in-duct air purifier system, universally recognised as one of the best solutions for building air purification
  • Hand sanitiser and wipes at desks, in meeting rooms and at coffee points
  • Enhanced cleaning routine

Face coverings

Face coverings are no longer required in public areas – the wearing of a face covering is a personal choice, so please respect the choices of others. You are encouraged to use a face covering in the lifts at busy times.

Feeling unwell or testing positive for COVID-19

If you or someone in your household is feeling unwell, please do not come into the building. Make sure you take time to recover and likewise, if someone in your household is not feeling well, please work from home until they are better. Taking such action will ensure we keep everyone using our spaces as safe as possible.
