Lloyd’s is committed to improving the experience of our market participants and stakeholders.

We are reviewing the navigation and structure of Lloyds.com from a user perspective. We would like to invite you to take part in our website user-testing. For every test completed, we will make a donation to the Lloyd’s Charities Trust, a charitable foundation which supports projects around the world.

What does it involve?
We would like you to take part in the following exercise:

  • Tree listing (to be completed between 9 - 15 August)
We ask you to show us where you would expect to find specific information using a simplified version of our site map. There will be approximately six tasks, taking between 5-15 minutes each and can be done on your computer.

You do not have to have visited the Lloyd’s website before to take part. Participation will be anonymous and your feedback will only be used to improve the website.

If you would like to take part in this research, please contact Andrew Martin: Andrew.martin@lloyds.com / +44 (0)20 7327 5111.

Thank you in advance for your support. It is only with your input that we can ensure Lloyds.com is a useful and valuable tool for you.
