  • How do I notify Lloyd's that I have changed my accountant details?

     

    Confirmation of the new accountant details should be provided in writing to:

    or via email to tax-operations@lloyds.com.

     

    Alternatively, please inform your members' agent who will forward this information on to us.

  • How do I settle the charge for duplicate documentation?

    These invoices can be settled in the following ways:

    By cheque, made payable to 'The Corporation of Lloyd's' and sent to:

    By phone, most Debit /Credit card are acceptable with the exception of Amercian Express and Diner cards. Please contact Cheryl Masson on 01634 392620 in the first instance to ensure that the document is available.  You will then be provided with contact details to arrange payment, once the payment has been processed, duplicate documentation will be issued.

  • I have received my CTA1, when can I expect to receive the CTA2?

     

    Details of the timetable for the dispatch to tax documentation can be found on the right hand link.

  • Is there a charge for Duplicate CTA1s or CTA2s?

     

    If the documentation has been previously provided, there is a charge of £43 plus VAT for each document that is reissued.  The charge needs to be settled prior to the dispatch of the documents.
