All the firms listed have entered into a TOBA with Lloyd’s Brussel on Lloyd’s Brussels standard terms. A copy of the form of the TOBA adopted for Lloyd’s Brussels can be obtained on request by emailing email@example.com.
It is the policy of Lloyd’s Brussels to enter into non-risk transfer TOBAs with brokers. Lloyd’s Brussels will, however, agree to enter into a risk transfer TOBA with UK brokers where the firm’s FCA permissions do not permit it to hold client money.
Brokers who wish to place EEA risks with Lloyd’s Brussels must first enter into a TOBA with Lloyd’s Brussels. Please contact firstname.lastname@example.org. If your firm is not a registered Lloyd’s broker then you should provide evidence of support from a Lloyd’s managing agent.
