You will receive a standard package of benefits, but we also offer flexible range of benefits to suit your individual needs.

The standard package comprises:

  • 25 days annual leave – increasing by one day a year up to a maximum of 30 days.

You can then adjust your benefits to reflect the following options:

  • Buy or sell up to five days annual leave.
  • Buy private health care for your partner or family.
  • Buy annual travel insurance.
  • Change the rate at which your pension accrues.
  • Lease a bicycle as part of our Cycle to Work scheme.
  • Donate some of your salary to charity (pre-tax).

Your salary will also rise by £1,000 after the first six months and again at twelve and eighteen months. Depending on your performance, you will also be eligible for a bonus at the end of the programme. Acturial graduates will receive an increase following the completion of each exam.
