Implement employee recognition programmes that celebrate employee achievements and innovative ideas. This is a good opportunity to also recognise exemplary behaviours.
Refresh wellbeing programmes and practices
Review what programmes are currently in place to support and improve health and wellbeing. A great place to start would be by running a mental health awareness course.
Implement flexible working practices
Consider the flexible working opportunities that you offer and implement policies if you do not already have them. Some employees will be seeking job share opportunities so think about implementing those too.
Remove hierarchy from meetings
Ensure that training and learning opportunities are on offer to all employees. Question whether employees are given the opportunity to develop through the content that they are provided with.
