Lloyd’s Leadership Programme is open for applications
The programme, in partnership with Henley Business School, is aimed at supporting our next generation of leaders.
Applications are now open for our second cohort beginning in March 2020.
The programme explores:
- The hectic and unpredictable pace of change in many aspects of our society and culture, the technological, institutional, demographic, environmental and moral dimensions of change sweeping our world.
- The crisis in leadership currently being experienced globally affecting our political and economic futures.
- Disruption and the specific impending changes in the insurance industry.
Our programme is aimed at leaders who work for managing agents, broking firms and Lloyd’s who are in or are likely to move into a departmental or functional management role within the next 12-18 months. They should be high potential individuals and have support from a Director within their business.
Participants will learn to anticipate, understand and cope more effectively with change, enhancing their leadership skills and ability to turn uncertainty into opportunity.
