Would you like to harness your leadership potential and take part in a well-regarded training programme designed by London Business School?
Existing and aspiring leaders from across Lloyd’s market are encouraged to apply now to take part in Lloyd’s leadership programme ‘Developing Leaders at Lloyd’s.’
Designed to give participants the ability to anticipate, lead and respond to the changing nature of the global insurance industry, over 150 people from across the market have participated over the last few years.
The intensive three module leadership programme will take participants from the personal dimensions of their own leadership style and capability through to the organisational dimensions of leading change and shaping corporate culture. The programme is also open to international colleagues able to attend the three course dates.
Katy Y Huang, Political Risks and Contingency Manager, Beazley, completed last year’s course and says: “It’s been a wonderful experience to take part in the programme. The network of colleagues you make around the market is very valuable, particularly when working in the Business Leadership Groups.
