Induction to Lloyd's and the Lloyd's market
Lloyd’s is a complex organisation to understand but the induction programme is designed to demystify and give you the knowledge to hit the ground running. You will gain an umbrella view of who’s who and what’s what and you’ll have the opportunity to meet key people from the different Lloyd’s departments.
Diploma in Insurance
You will undertake the Diploma in Insurance, from the Chartered Insurance Institute: an industry-recognised qualification which will help you in your development, regardless of the area you end up in after the 24-month graduate programme. The Diploma will give you a comprehensive overview of insurance – and various related topics – and will prove invaluable in developing your specialist expertise.
