What is Crystal and who should use it?
Crystal is Lloyd’s on line business tool that provides Lloyd’s market participants (ie Underwriters, Lloyd’s brokers and Coverholders including Service Companies in the UK and overseas) with quick and easy access to international regulatory and taxation requirements.

How to use the Crystal User Guide
This user guide will assist you in getting the most out of Crystal and is organised into 5 key sections (Crystal and Registration, Risk Locator, Searching in Crystal, Interactive map and Where to go from here.)
