The information which Lloyd’s holds on your coverholder operation is available on Atlas for the market organisations which are placing, writing or interested in writing your business.
In order for a coverholder to maintain Lloyd’s approval, they must complete an Annual Compliance as well as keep Lloyd’s informed of any material changes as and when they happen.

By selecting the 'details' tab you will be able to see all the information and documents held by Lloyd’s on this particular coverholder location.
The first section is Company Information which holds any trading names as well as the address and website information which will appear on the Market Directories.
Navigating through these sections will bring up the different types of information such as professional indemnity or the details of key staff named on the binder.
From these sections you will be able to add to or update information which is held there.
Annual Compliance
All coverholders are expected to prove their ongoing suitability to act on behalf of Lloyd’s underwriters by completing their Annual Compliance. This will either take the shape of a paper form which is uploaded to Atlas by your Lloyd’s broker or can be completed directly by the coverholder.
The Annual Compliance can be started from the 'details' tab or by selecting the 'Waiting Task' from your task list which appears within 30 days of the due date.

The final application must be reviewed and signed off electronically by the applicant coverholder. At the first stage the Lloyd’s broker and applicant coverholder can complete the questionnaire concurrently. Once this process has completed the broker will submit the application to the coverholder to review and approve. The applicant will then either return or approve the application.
For a number of reasons an application may require further information or correction and will be returned to the Lloyd’s broker for amendment. In this case the applicant will need to review and sign off the new version.
Once approved the broker will submit to the sponsoring managing agent to complete their due diligence before submitting to Lloyd’s for a final review.
