All Lloyd’s Agents undergo a continuous process of audit and inspection. This includes:

 

Periodic Visits by the Inspectors of Agencies

These are intensive audits and file inspections in which the Agency being inspected is required to demonstrate:

 

  • solvency
  • adherence to Lloyd’s Agency Service Level Agreements
  • compliance with Lloyd’s and/or local regulations
  • a high level of skill and competence
  • a high level of service to clients
  • a high level of conduct and professional ethics
  • efficient office, file management and data management systems
  • an effective business plan for furtherance of its business
