Periodic Visits by the Inspectors of Agencies
These are intensive audits and file inspections in which the Agency being inspected is required to demonstrate:
- solvency
- adherence to Lloyd’s Agency Service Level Agreements
- compliance with Lloyd’s and/or local regulations
- a high level of skill and competence
- a high level of service to clients
- a high level of conduct and professional ethics
- efficient office, file management and data management systems
- an effective business plan for furtherance of its business
