Intermediaries (Claims Determination) Amendment Byelaw
This byelaw amends the Intermediaries Byelaw in order to specify to whom a managing agent may delegate its authority to determine claims arising under a contract of insurance entered into under a binding authority and to provide that a managing agent shall notify the Franchise Board where it intends to delegate its authority to determine claims to a third party administrator.
