The future of Claims at Lloyd’s depends on the quality of its managers and leaders. The Claims Practitioners Programme is designed specifically for the Lloyd’s market and its content is contextually aligned to the challenges and issues facing claims practitioners operating in the market today.
This programme forms part of the Claims Talent Programme, which is an integral part of the wider Claims Transformation Programme. At the heart of the Claims Talent Programme is the ambition to provide high potential claims practitioners in the early stages of their claims career with the opportunity to enhance both their behavioural skills and their specialist claims knowledge.
This intensive modular programme, spread over ten months, takes participants through all key aspects of claims handling and management and the part played by claims specialists in the wider context of the insurance industry.
They also benefit from a series of behavioural skills development workshops which will support them in their role and provide an introduction to the key management and leadership capabilities they will need for their future careers.
