The Claims Talent Programme (an integral part of the wider Claims Transformation Programme) is designed specifically for the market and its content is contextually aligned to the challenges and issues facing claims practitioners operating in the market today.

At the heart of the programme is the ambition to provide high potential claims practitioners in the early stages of their claims career with the opportunity to enhance their skills and claims knowledge. The Claims Talent Programme has two key parts - the Claims Graduate Programme and the Claims Practitioners Programme.

This new programme has been developed for those graduates wishing to specialise in the area of insurance claims.
