Queensland & Victoria floods
Significant flooding occurred in many areas of Queensland during late December 2010 and early January 2011, with three quarters of the state declared a disaster zone.
Lloyd’s priority is to ensure claims are paid quickly to help people and businesses get back on their feet and rebuild their lives.
If you have a Lloyd's policy please follow the steps below which should enable you to initiate the claims process:
1. Check your policy documents, information about who to contact to make a claim should be found there.
2. Contact your insurance agent or broker (i.e. the person or company from whom you purchased the insurance). They should be able to take details of your claim and pass it on to the appropriate recipient or, failing that, give you all the details of who you need to contact.
3. If your agent or broker is unavailable and you are unable to locate your policy documents, please fill out the Policyholder Enquiry Form below:

Please note the information above also applies to other affected areas including Victoria.
