How do I change my authorities or details?
Information and guidance on how to inform Lloyd's of changes to your details and how to apply for extensions to your authority.
When a coverholder signs the Undertaking to Lloyd's, the coverholder is agreeing to notify Lloyd's, the sponsoring broker and managing agent of any material changes to the information provided in coverholder application and of any other matters which relate to us and of which the Lloyd’s managing agent, sponsoring broker or Lloyd’s would reasonably expect notice.
All changes to details and extensions of authority must be submitted by the coverholder or sponsoring broker via Atlas. This way all parties with a registered interest in the coverholder are informed of changes at the same time.
