As General Counsel, Lloyd’s America, Joe oversees a wide range of US legal issues, including legislative and regulatory policy, and acts as Lloyd’s key liaison with US regulators, legislators and government officials on a variety of matters.
Joe joined Lloyd’s in 2000. He has worked in the insurance industry, in private practice and in-house, for over 25 years. Most recently, Joe was Vice President and General Counsel for a division of American International Group, Inc. (AIG).
A native New Yorker, Joe received his Juris Doctor from Fordham University School of Law.

As President of Lloyd's America Inc. Hank is responsible for all Lloyd’s operations in the US, including offices in New York, Frankfort, Chicago, Los Angeles and the Virgin Islands. Hank joined Lloyd's at the end of August 2009 and is based in the New York office. He has worked in the insurance industry for over 25 years and has held a range of positions in the United States and Europe at global insurers and brokers, including Chubb & Son; Barney & Barney; Johnson & Higgins; Hilb Rogal & Hobbs; and Marsh. Hank has a degree from the University of California, Berkeley and lives in Connecticut.
