US tax - new closing agreements

News item about New Closing Agreements with the US Internal Revenue Service, published on 4 July, 2005.

New Closing Agreements have now been entered into with the US Internal Revenue Service. These replace the previous agreements and cover the US tax arrangements for all Lloyd's members with effect from 1 January, 2005 onwards.
