The ballot to elect three working members to the Council of Lloyd’s closed at 1.00pm on Tuesday 7 February 2012
The results of the ballot as received from Electoral Reform Services (the independent scrutineers for the election) are as follows:

Mr Graham John White has, accordingly, been re-elected and Mr Simon Charles Waldegrave Beale and Mr Lawrence Albert Holder have, accordingly, been elected to the Council of Lloyd’s. Messrs White and Beale will serve for three years and Mr Holder will serve for a two year term. All three terms commence on 8 February 2012.
*In accordance with Lloyd’s Byelaws, votes for the working vacancies have been calculated on a one man, one vote basis (i.e. each working member of the Society had one vote for each of the three vacancies).
All new appointments to Council are subject to approval by the Financial Services Authority.
