By a Notice dated 19 October 2010 members were informed of the vacancies arising.
At the close of Nominations, at 1pm on Wednesday 10 November 2010, valid nomination papers had been received as follows:
Working member – one candidate for one vacancy
Mr Nicholas Carl MARSH
As the number of working candidates equals the number of vacancies, a ballot will not be necessary. Mr Marsh has been elected for a term of three years commencing on 1 February 2011.
'C’ External member – one candidate for one vacancy
Catlin Syndicate Limited (represented by Mr Paul Andrew JARDINE)
As the number of ‘C’ external candidates equals the number of vacancies, a ballot will not be necessary. Catlin Syndicate Limited (represented by Mr Jardine) has been elected for a term of three years commencing on 1 February 2011.
