On 19 September 2011 a consortium comprised of Tawa plc, Skuld , and Paraline Group, Ltd. announced a definitive agreement to acquire Whittington Insurance Markets Limited, the immediate controller of Whittington Capital Management Limited.
The transaction is subject to the approval of Lloyd’s and the FSA and is expected to close within approximately 90 days.
No changes are anticipated to the board, operation and management of Whittington Capital Management or its managed syndicates.
