Lloyd's has swept the boards at the Recruitment Advertising Awards (RADS) winning three awards for its innovative graduate recruitment campaign.
Lloyd’s collected awards in three categories:
• Best Employer Website
• Best Graduate Campaign
• Best Work of the Year
Lloyd’s held off competition from organisations such as Barclays and Network Rail to secure the first two awards and was also presented with the overall award for ‘Best Work of the Year’, holding off the winners of all the other categories.
The judges commented that, despite the incredibly high standard of 500 entries, Lloyd's campaign 'captured both a clarity of message and evocative visual style that impressed the judges.' Being effective across 'both graduate and experienced hire and spanned digital as well as print media.'
Lloyd’s Director and General Counsel, Sean McGovern said:
"To win three awards, and in particular the ‘Best Work of the Year’ award, is industry recognition of the exceptional quality of the website and the campaign. Together with our partner Euro RSCG Riley, we have worked hard to get the Lloyd's messages across in a clear and creative way.
"Attracting and recruiting the very best graduates is a top priority for Lloyd’s and we are extremely pleased with these awards which we hope will further enhance the fantastic scheme that we are offering graduates”.
Over 1,000 leading recruitment marketing and HR professionals were present to see Lloyd’s pick up these awards at the Grosvenor House ceremony.
