As part of an ongoing project to ensure lloyds.com is fulfilling audience needs, Google’s search tool has been added to the website.

During 2008 we asked members of our audience what they thought of the website and its usefulness.

The results of our research showed that everyone wanted a new search tool.

Over the past few months, we’ve been preparing Google’s market-leading search product for lloyds.com and we’re now pleased to announce that it’s ready to use.

This work is one part of a series of improvements to this website that you’ll see over the next two years.
