Lloyd's has become aware of documentation purportedly issued by 'The Poli Group’ and ‘Julie Poli’ which suggests that they, acting as a US broker, have placed insurance coverage with Lloyd’s underwriters.
Consumers should be warned neither ‘The Poli Group’ nor Julie Poli hold any authority from Lloyd's or Lloyd's underwriters to bind or accept insurance business or issue documentation relating to insurance at Lloyd's.
Anyone who is approached by parties purporting an association between The Poli Group, or Julie Poli and Lloyd's and/or Lloyd's underwriters should contact Lloyd’s via the email address: katie.smith@lloyds.com enclosing copies of any documentation received.
