Please be aware that US entities ‘Nation Safe Homeowners’, ‘Lloyds of London Home Inspection Guarantee’ and ‘Lloyds Guarantee’ do not have insurance coverage placed at Lloyd’s.
Consumers should be warned that no association between Lloyd's and Nation Safe Homeowners, Lloyds of London Home Inspection Guarantee or Lloyds Guarantee exists. Similarly these entities do not hold any authority from Lloyd's or Lloyd's underwriters to bind or accept insurance business or issue insurance documentation for their products.
Anyone who is approached by parties purporting an association between Lloyd's and these entities, should contact us via the email address: regulatoryrisk@lloyds.com enclosing copies of any documentation received.
