Alan Yarrow has been a Group Vice Chairman of Dresdner Kleinwort since January 2000.
In addition to his responsibilities at Dresdner Kleinwort Alan acts as Chairman of LIBA (London Investment Banking Association), Chairman (Non-Executive) of Complinet, Vice-President British Bankers Association, member - FSA Practitioners Panel, Honorary Fellow of the Securities & Investment Institute (FSI), as well as other high-profile positions.
Alan joined Grieveson Grant in 1972 and was appointed to the Kleinwort Benson Group Board in 1995.
When Dresdner Bank took over Kleinwort Benson in 1995, he was appointed Global Head of Equities and to the Management Board of Dresdner Kleinwort Benson, Dresdner Bank’s investment banking division, representing Global Equities. Alan is Chairman of the Dresdner Kleinwort Bank and Securities Company and is CEO of their UK activities.
