Nicholas Munday is the Head of Litigation in London for Clifford Chance and he is also joint head of the Clifford Chance Global Insurance Industry Group. Nicholas has wide experience as a commercial litigator and he is the client relationship partner for a number of the major clients of Clifford Chance.
Nicholas qualified as a solicitor in 1985 and became a partner at Clifford Chance in 1995. During his career he has managed litigation and arbitration relating to a number of industry sectors, including insurance, oil and gas, financial services, construction and the field of financial services regulation.
