In 2008, we reviewed machinery in the building, including chillers, variable speed drives, motors and humidifiers in relation to their energy consumption. Based on that review and assessement we are considering major projects and installations in 2009/early 2010 which will lead to greater energy efficiency.
In addition, from Q2 in 2008, we puchased renewable energy for our London and Chatham offices and in order to reduce the need for air travel, we increased the number of our overseas offices with video-conferencing facilities.
