Our progress

Lloyd's has committed to the ClimateWise principles. This page captures the activities that Lloyd's is involved with that will help towards meeting our ClimateWise promises. 

To see a list of actions in any particular year just click the drop down button.  Note that the year relates to the ClimateWise reporting period.  So for example "2008" includes actions in 2008 but also the first two quarters of 2009 (because the reporting year ends on 30 June).

The actions can also be sorted by the high level 'type' of principle (for example 'Lead in Risk analysis') by selecting a principle from under 'show me'. Actions have been completed under most principles and a brief description of each action is listed under the 'title' column.

Each title also gives an indication of the relevant sub-category under each principle (for example the key word 'research' refers to 'support and undertake research on climate change'). This mapping of key words (30KB, pdf) to sub-category gives full details.
