With effect from 1 January 2012, the Reinsurance To Close contracts of Syndicates 1204 and 535 have been novated to RiverStone Syndicate 3500. Consequently, Centrewrite does not have any liability for policies under which UK commercial lines employers’ liability cover has been provided to employers and which commenced or were renewed before 1 April 2011 and in respect of which no claims were made on or after 1 April 2011.
Therefore it is no longer required by the FSA to hold or make publically available an employers’ liability register. Enquiries in respect of policies under which UK commercial lines employers’ liability cover may have been provided to employers should be directed to:
