Lloyd's has become aware, following a number of enquiries from Canadian citizens, that documentation in relation to Automobile and Home Coverage issued by Net Wealth Capital Inc and/or Axccess Lifestyle Membership Corporation, purports that coverage has been arranged at Lloyd's, specifically "Lloyd's Canada".

Consumers should be warned that Lloyd's has not been able to identify any such coverage arranged with underwriters at Lloyd's.  In addition, neither Net Wealth Capital Inc, nor Axccess Lifestyle Membership Corporation, hold or have ever held any authority from Lloyd's to allow them bind or accept insurance or issue insurance documentation on behalf of underwriters at Lloyd's.

As a result of the above, consumers need to be aware that it is unsafe to rely on this Automobile and Home Coverage, and need to consider taking all necessary action to obtain replacement coverage, if required, as soon as possible.
