Business Development Network
The Business Development Network is designed for individuals from managing agents whose main responsibility is business development. On a quarterly basis, Lloyd's will host an event for their benefit with a different external speaker discussing an area of topical interest relating to business development.
The first event was held in March 2009 by Aon Carrier Strategic Consulting. The workshop included a presentation outlining the unique challenges faced by business developers and underwriters and offered some practical tactics in overcoming these to drive sustainable business growth.
