Burkard von Siegfried has acted as Lloyd's General Representative for Germany since 1992. Prior to joining Lloyd's Burkard worked in the German insurance industry both in international relations and in reinsurance. In addition to his qualification as a lawyer, he is a member of the Insurance Committee of the Frankfurt/Main Chamber of Industry & Commerce; Burkard also represents Lloyd's interests at the British Chamber of Commerce in Germany (BCCG).
