Lloyd's 2006 Claims Scheme

The 2006 Claims Scheme identifies the key principles for determining claims in the Lloyd’s market.

The 2006 Claims Scheme has been published to simplify and modernise the claims agreement process in the Lloyd's market and to reinforce the role of Xchanging Claims Services (XCS) as the claims agreement party acting on behalf of following underwriters.
