Subject to the important notes below the following list sets out the UK insurers and reinsurers that Lloyd's has been advised have Closing Agreements or have met one of the treaty conditions.

Important notes

US dollar premiums that are allocated a LORS signing number and date on or after 1 January, 2005 will only be treated as FET protected if they meet certain criteria. Please refer to 1 or 2 in the notes below.
