Subject to the important notes below the following list sets out the UK insurers and reinsurers that Lloyd's has been advised have Closing Agreements or have met one of the treaty conditions.

Important notes

US dollar premiums that are allocated a LORS signing number and date on or after 1 January, 2005 will only be treated as FET protected if they meet one of the two criteria set out in Lloyd's market bulletin Y3476 dated 30 December, 2004 (18.2KB, pdf). Please refer to 1 or 2 in the notes below.
