An appropriate peer review process:
The scope of managing agents' peer review activities should reflect the scale and complexity of their portfolios. Consideration will normally be given to review of all significant underwriting decisions. This could extend to quotations, acceptance of new business, endorsements and renewal terms.
Contract Certainty:
When considering Contract Certainty managing agents should also take account of required Contract Documentation procedures in the Lloyd's market, as agreed by the Market Reform Group (MRG) and coordinated by the Market Reform Office (MRO). Further information can be found on the
Market Reform website
.
