Lloyd's performance management framework supports the achievement of superior operating returns. To date, specific standards have been published in respect to Claims, Risk and Underwriting management. The Franchise Standards apply to all firms operating in the Lloyd's market.

Achieving Pre-Bind Quality Assurance (PBQA)
